This stroller is actually maneuvers excellently. I hope the other reviewers read this. There are two safety release breaks on the back wheels, and on the front is a single wheel alignment latch. Lift the latch with your foot to free the front wheel from straight alignment and this stroller will turn on a dime. If you need to keep the stroller straight (i.e. walking path with one hand) press the front latch back down and the wheels will lock in place.

I bought this stroller because my little one has a spica cast on due to hip dysplasia. She wouldn't fit in her old stroller, so I went to Babies R Us and found this one. (She is one and tall and nearly doing the splits with her cast.)

I loved it at first and used it everyday. Then a couple of weeks went by and the front wheel would always go to one side. I've only had it for 2 1/2 months and it's getting worse. We went on a walk today and the stroller kept veering to one side. On inclines the thing would almost tip over each time! Luckily, it's still in the return policy time period. On top of that, I always have to bring a blanket to block the sun. The canopy doesn't do much at all and doesn't move down far enough.
Cons:
Veering Front Wheel
Nothing fits in side the cup holders, not even water bottles
The canopy doesn't move enough to block the sun
Handle doesn't adjust, hard to push with one hand
She can't reach the tray (all the way upright and 1 year old)

Pros:
Easy to unfold
Fits a spica casted baby
Takes up less room in trunk than Chicco Cortina regular stroller
The front tray is removable

Comments about S1 by Safety 1st Trivecta Stroller - Mckenna:

Got this stroller as a gift for my baby shower and i must say its not what i expected. I have so much trouble traveling by myself me being a lil person (5 ft & 100 lbs) therefore i can only use this stroller when i am accompanied with someone of how big & bulky it is. Seat doesnt recline all the way, making it difficult for my daughter to sleep and its so wide that i have trouble entering a few doors. Takes up the whole trunk ... Not very happy with this product.

Comments about S1 by Safety 1st Trivecta Stroller - Mckenna:

I have been trying to motivate myself into getting rid of that last bit of baby weight and this was just the ticket. This stroller is comfy for my little guy and adjusts well. It is easy to close and even easier to open. It also takes on the bumps grooves and absolutely torn up pavement of my little neigborhood (yup we're in Michigan).
Anyways it is built just fine. I also have a City, which I don't like, but got used and a Baby Trend that is more of an every day and not a jogger. It is a little big still folded, but much smaller if you just pop the tray off.
He thinks he's awesome in it and we are able to go until he falls asleep.

Comments about S1 by Safety 1st Trivecta Stroller - Mckenna:

We tried this stroller out in the store and thought it was a pretty good stroller for the price, but we were unable to test it with our son in it (he was having an off day). The stroller pushes great, when it's empty. But once you put your 35 lbs. 2 year old in it, the steering is terrible. It veers off to one side (as others have noted). The weight limit on this stroller is suppose to be 50 lbs, but it will not steer with a 35 lb. child in it.

Also it could really use a foot rest.

I loved this product at the store, but after about 3 months the front wheel started veering to one side. It is impossible to steer with one hand now. It looks compact but when you try to get it in the back of a trunk it is very difficult with the big front wheel. And I have a pretty big trunk. The cup holders don't really fit regular sized water bottles. I am writing this review to save you other moms the pretty penny I paid for this stroller. Save your money and go with something with better reviews. Because I am looking for a new stroller now :(

This stroller is wonderful. My husband and I bought it a little over a year ago and we love it. It is exactly what you pay for. Its great for nice comfortable walking and turns very easily. Also, we liked how the handles are a lot taller than most strollers that it is easier to push for my husband who is quite tall.

Comments about S1 by Safety 1st Trivecta Stroller - Mckenna:

When we tried it in the store, it was the only one our then 22 month old would sit in and not cry. She was pretty comfortable in it. Steering wasn't so bad and standing on it's own when folded is a big help. 5 point harness is very important for our little Houdini. Parent tray is helpful and large wheels were exactly what we were looking for. But once we got it out of the store, things weren't so great.

It is heavy and bulky. Takes up all the room in the trunk of our Honda Accord. Horrible for subways and buses, especially when I'm by myself. Have to hope for an elevator or a kind stranger to help me carry it up or down the stairs. And that there's a service entrance as it doesn't fit through turnstiles no matter which way you turn it.

We bought it in the summer and the canopy is great as long as the sun is directly overhead or behind us. It doesn't move forward at all to provide any ventilation whatsoever. Our poor daughter dripped sweat on walks.

Parent tray only has one useful cup holder, can't even fit a water bottle in the side holders. Otherwise, it holds keys and cell phone just fine.

Kid tray is too high and too far forward. She had a hard time reaching her drink and still can't find her snacks. Cup holder does hold sippy cups well, including the Playtex square ones.

Really wish there was a foot rest for her. She gets uncomfortable with her legs dangling after a while.

About 4 months in, the wheels started squeaking and creaking. Not even 6 months old, and the recline strap on one side snapped at the bolt. Piece of junk. Now looking for a new stroller.

The fabric seems much more comforatble than other strollers I have seen. I would absolutley by this again.
