The product did not work. I even made a special trip BACK to the store to BUY BATTERIES thinking the preinstalled batteries were weak. Still didn't work. Lights come on but no bubbles despite following all trouble shooting in documentation. What a piece of junk.

Recently we bought our two kids Gazillion Bubble Flash Ray Item Number: 36143. After installing four batteries for each machine, we gave them to me kids. The guns did not shoot bubbles like it was advertised. They leaked everywhere, the light didnt light up and had to be hit to for bubble to come out and even that did not work. The guns did not shoot, it was more like the bubbles just dripped out the the nasal. This product made my kids disappointed. Take those guns off the market.

My 2 1/2 yr old was excited to get this toy after seeing a huge display promoting it at the front of the store. When we got home to our disappointment it didn't work. Like everyone else we also tried to change the batteries. This toy is poorly made. Definitely returning this for something else.

Never worked. Tried new batteries, tried to troubleshoot with hot water, etc. The bubble solution only dripped out and back into the reservoir. Really deserves zero stars

Awful purchase. I wish I could give it 0 stars. This doesn't blow bubbles - at least not consistently and it when it does it only lasts for 15 seconds. You have to constantly pull the trigger and hope something comes out. 80% of the time all you're doing is pulling the trigger. My 2 year old had no patience waiting for the bubbles. And it does work with other bubble solutions, it's just very poorly made and I am very dissappointed.

This was a waste of money. I bought this to put in Easter basket. This blew ZERO bubbles and I switched batteries and tried the hot water as troubleshoot said. You could buy a better or even a working bubble shooter from the guys on the street. Toys R Us should be ashamed to even keep selling this.

Dont waste your time or money. Packaging was as frustrating to open as the the thing was to work.

didnt work. i installed new batteries and all it did was make noise and flash. NO BUBBLES CAME OUT AT ALL. my son and i were both very dissappointed. deadbeat toy. dont waste your money

This barely worked. In the beginning blew bubbles about one third of the time that we pulled the trigger. Afet about 15 minutes it didn't blow bubbles at all. It wasted a lot of bubble solution. The kids were very disappointed and so was I.
