This thing is garbage, the only reason why its [$] is because of that cheap target that comes with it. Only gets about 8 feet compared to the 35 on my original. Made of way cheaper plastic and feels like its going to shatter under any sort of pressure. You would have better luck throwing darts.

This is a re-release of the original X-stream Air Shell shock X-6. The original was a dark crimson color while this release is a more traditional red.
While the "shoot N shatter" target system is interesting, it doesn't warrant the expensive ($20) price.
The gun has serious quality issues, while the plastic it's made of is extremely light weight its much too structurally weak, you can see the two halves of the gun twisting and separating when you work the slide.
But the deal breaker is that the clip is made of the same weak plastic, causing it to also bend and separate...meaning it fails to keep the shell in the clip.
The verdict? this gun jams constantly!! (at least mine does). The spring in the clip in combination with the weak plastic causes the shells to pop out of the clip prematurely causing them to push up on the shell in the chamber causing pressure and friction and preventing the empty shells from being expelled from the chamber.

constants jamming ruin a cool looking clever toy gun. (as in ALL of the time, 99% of the time!!!)
sure to frustrate the kids and make you feel like you paid $15 dollars too much for it.

good little gun.not bad shots average 20 to 30 feet i had to glues the tips of the darts on though target is hard to assemble and [$]a little to much should be 15 but good gun.
