Don't buy if you plan on using a steamer

    I'm a new mom and wasn't sure of which bottle to try. I breastfed first and people recommended this product. Initially I liked it, but found problems.The holder melts in any bottle steamer. So I have to warm the breast milk in the medela bottles, that came with my pump, then pour into the playtex bottle. Also, the liner leaks and is easily pulled from the edges. You have to keep screw/unscrew the top to make sure its in correctly. This can all be a pain when you have a screaming baby in your arms.
    The good thing about this product is that my baby didn't have a problem with the nipple, while I was breastfeeding.

      This brand/bottle was recommended to me by lactation support because my son started preferring the bottle after the hospital gave him bottles when he had jaundice. The slow-flow nipple makes him work harder and is more like nursing on the breast. It worked! The bottles are convenient too with the drop in liners. I'll never use another kind!
