The product broke straight out of the package. My son tried to take his boot off and the leg broke in two. Toys R us are the PROUD makers of such low quality toys. Go to the [@]Stores and you will get Better quality.

CONS
Out of the box, the corded mic on the radio broke off. The Velcro on the fire-fighter coat came unstitched while trying to put him into his SCBA. The SCBA tubes both broke off with virtually no stress on them at all. The SCBA waist belt will not close around the figure with his coat on.
When you give this to your 4-year-old, you get a little boy who is very excited to play with his new toy, but the toy doesn't survive long enough for him to even HOLD it, much less PLAY with it!

PROS
Looks pretty in the package. Leave it there.
The fire-axe, fire-hose, and helmet didn't break on contact with human flesh.
The fire-hose looks cool.

SUMMARY
The doll itself feels sturdy, but since none of the accessories survived unpacking and assembly (by an adult!) this figure gets NEGATIVE 5 STARS. DO NOT BUY! NOT EVEN AS A SHELF ORNAMENT!
