My 2 year old son LOVES this toy! He saw this at a friends house and would not put it down. She bought it for him for my son's birthday in August, and he has played with it every day since. Great toy, and quality. Shaggy is a great size, my son can put it in the van, and in the back. I can't wait to get more Scooby-Do toys!

Not What It Appears

I purchased this online for my Grandson for Easter and even though the picture shows all the action figures, it only comes with Shaggy.

Very disappointed in the way the product is presented.

This thing is a piece of junk! My nephew really wanted this for his birthday. He was so excited to open this gift. However, within 1 hour all four wheels were broken off. He was not playing rough with it at all. If the manufacturer spent fifty cents more on improving the design this toy would be great. Don't buy this toy because it is sure to quickly disappoint.

I had bought this toy for my son's birthday. The very day he got it, I immediately had to get rid of the "goo" that came with it to insure that I would not have to pick it out of hair, clothing, etc for the rest of his life. Exactly one week after he got it, *both* of the back wheels broke off and cannot be fixed even though it was being played with in a normal matter. No throwing or excessive roughness involved. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. My boys however still play with and enjoy it. They even found a few uses for the broken wheels. Thank God for imagination.

My grandsons are crazy about Scooby Doo. Bought this bus for Christmas. We are now on our 3rd bus, since the same wheel falls off soon after the kids begin playing. I am now seeing how long the 3rd one lasts, if not I'll ask for a refund.
I do want to praise Toys r Us customer service for providing good service. .

This was the #1 toy on my son's Christmas wish list. It is adorable, but a piece of garbage! The wheel broke off within the first hour of opening. I bought him another one since I misplaced the receipt from the first one and the same exact thing happened. I will be returning both as it is not designed withstand normal toddler play.

My nephew loves scooby and this van was a highlight for his birthday. He was not rough with it! (he's 3.5) One of the wheels has broken off, and I see here this is not unusual. I dis-assembled the bottom of the van (it's super solid & well-made, aside from that little wheels not holding up issue) and I am going to get a screw that will hold the wheel back to the shaft. Each wheel has a separate individual shaft inside the bottom. If you want to repair it, it's not impossible. Probably just get a thin, half-inch self-tapping screw at a hardware store and screw it through the center of the wheel into the shaft. Don't bother to dis-assemble as I have!

My son got this for a Christmas present and he really likes it. I like that is fully opens up and you can play different ways with it. There is also room in the cab of the van so one of the figures can "drive". My son also likes to close it all up and push it around. I wish it came with directions of some sort because when I first took it out of the box I didn't exactly know how it all opened and was afraid that if I kept pulling on the sides I would break something.

Threw out 3 days after Christmas after 2 wheels broke off. The way the toy is designed there is no way to repair the wheels. Such a disappointment.
