After our oldest being the perfect baby she was, I expected this one to be the same. Oh I was so wrong. The swing didn't work, rocking didn't work, bouncing, swaying, singing, you name it we tried it. On a fluke I bought this thing thinking it probably won't do the trick but I'll try any way. I'VE SLEPT SINCE WE BOUGHT IT! Lydia just loves it. It's just like a little car ride. The movements are not rhythmic but more intermittent like bumps in a road would be. The seat portion is deeper and I believe mimics being held. There are a few design issues that could be better but they don't bother the effectiveness of the item.
1. The music is poor quality.
2. The movement shuts off after an hour.
3. the toy bar doesn't have multiple positions.

Pros:
MOMMY GETS TO SLEEP AND SO DOES BABY!!!!!

All looks good, however, since this product will be a gift, I was disappointed that it came in an old all taped up box. Doesn't look good.

Our daughter would not let us put her down. She does like this most times. We use it to just put her in when napping and put in playpen to sleep in at night. She enjoys the movement. The music does not interest her. We did have to add a body support for now, since she is so little.

Our beautiful daughter had issues sleeping through the night due to gassiness. I bought this (despite some bad reviews stating there was no movement) out of a desperate need for sleep. Conventional bouncers just seemed to irritate her - I guess being vibrated didn't help much. The first night we put her in this chair ALONE was worth the amount paid. We were so sleep deprived. I had to make sure the baby was alright a few times because the difference in her sleep patterns was so great. My only complaint is that the seat is so small that I think she will outgrow it by 6 months. I still think the months of sleep was worth it!

I got this at my baby shower and LOVE it. I has been a lifesaver since day one. As soon as we put her in she falls asleep.Well worth the price. Only thing I would change I wish it had a plug too.

This product as a life saver for my husband and I. We got our daughter a swing before she was born but we have never been able to get her to sit in it for more than 5 min. By about 3 weeks we HAD to kind something, anything, that would allow us to put our baby down. We went to BRU to find a vibrating chair since she loved being in the car...this product happened to be on display and on sale. We decided to give it a shot and have not been disappointed...our daughter LOVES it! from about 3 - 7 weeks she would nap in the chair peacefully for long periods of time (such a lifesaver). From 7-9 weeks she lost interest in the chair a bit and only wanted to be on her play mat but regained interest at about 9 weeks when she discovered the mirror and toys that dangle. Now we can get her to happily stay in the chair, except now she plays and looks around instead of sleeps. For the price this has been a wonderful purchase. I expect she will like this chair for many months to come but even if she never used it again after today, it has already been worth the money in my opinion!

My daughter was an extremely colic newborn up until about 3 months old. We found the cruiser when she was about 1 1/2 months old and started using it to get her to sleep because the only time we could get her to sleep was car rides. It worked great and even helped to get her on a great sleep schedule by the time she was 3 months old. It also worked great because she has allergies and whenever she is stuffed up sleeping more upright helps her to sleep better at night. One complaint i have is that after about an hour the bouncing/movement feature automatically turns off. I think there should be a setting to keep it on because it always woke her up when it stopped. Also batteries lasted quite a long time for how often we had it running. Great product overall.

We purchased this chair to have something so my 2 month old daughter could relax (besides my arms). This chair is amazing! She loves sitting in it and playing with the keys. And she even falls asleep in it with the "road mode" on. It really does move like a car. I would recommend this chair to any parent!

After reading TONS of reviews on this product (they were either wonderful or terrible) I decided to give it a chance. My daughter is 6 weeks old and is very difficult to calm down due to colic. She will only fall asleep and stay asleep in my or my husband's arms or in the car. Within minutes of putting her in it, she calmed down. She took a 3 hour nap! I use it whenever she tends to get fussy after all her needs are met. She practically lives in it. It's perfect whether she's awake or sleepy. It's very comfortable and seems to be very durable. The music isn't that great but the sounds are cute. I like that there's a volume button. We mostly use the motion feature anyway. The dangly toys are kinda boring/cheesy but she tends to like the mirror on it. I can always add toys to the bar as she gets older. I want to address some issues people seem to be having with it not working. I have found that if she's not high enough in the seat, her weight doesn't distribute properly and the seat won't rock as well or will stop rocking altogether. Some people are saying that it doesn't rock as much as they thought. The movement is perfect for a baby that is 25lbs or less. I'd prefer it to not be a bucking bronco or mechanical bull ride for my baby. The headrest is a little low for where the baby needs to be laid. My daughter is about 9lbs and 21.5 inches now and the headrest is halfway down where her head sits. I agree with the other parents that this should have come with a plug as well as being battery operated. I'll have to keep D batteries on hand. As great as this product is, I feel the price was a bit steep. Especially for the short time one is able to use it. It's not that technologically advanced. A price of $40-$50 would suffice. All in all though, it has been a life saver and a sleep giver to my husband and I.

This is a pretty good bouncer. I was looking for something that could duplicate an actual car ride because when my baby needs soothing, that works
without fail. It doesn't quite work that well, but I am glad that I purchased it. I was actually first looking at the Mamaroo, but I went
with this one because it was a third to a quarter of the price. I am pleased that I did, because I am satisfied enough where I will not be looking for another item in its place. The only thing that I would change is the activity bar. It is weak and keeps falling off. I would have preferred if it were actually a sturdy handle which you could use to move the bouncer from room to room. Instead you have to carry it from underneath.
