Some people reviewed this product stating it was too small for their car seat/ car seat base. It wasn't too small for the bottom of a Graco Snug Ride 30 or 35 car seat base. The only complaint I have is that the back part of the mat isn't very long so it won't cover the full back of a convertible car seat or the actual car seat cradle once you put it forward facing. I think it's a good value for the money.

great product, with having leather seats we wanted something that would protect from the marks that the car seats leave and this has done it! have them for our daughters car seats and had to have for the new one as well.

I have tried a couple of other car seat mats and love this one the best because it keeps the seat the steady and there is NO slipping or moving once the seat is anchored in on top of it. it protects the bottom of the seat which for us is where most of the seat damage comes in. And instead of trying to keep the one side to the back of the seat, i just folded it down and set the whole seat on top of it. works great and its cheap.I now have one for a car seat and one for a booster.

I had a problem with seats ruining the leather in my car. Also the seats never seemed to stay in place and would eventually losen over time. This sucker keeps the seat in place and they haven't moved an inch in a month. I have 2 graco seats and it works fine with them. I also only give my kids things that I wouldn't mind them spilling if it did happen. So the seat protects work, but not overly concerned since mostly they drink water in the car.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought this to help keep my seats cleaner and keep the car seats from moving! I am un happy! It is flisy and curled around the car seat edges, and would not be durable for very long. We have britax car seats and they nearly covered or overlapped the seat protector! Woud not recommend these for leather seats either! I don't see how they woud protect your car from anything!!!!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
