    My youngest son just received this for his first birthday. It is beautifully made with wonderful detail. I was amazed at the quality (sometimes it can be hit and miss with melissa and doug). My husband and I both agreed that this would be a "save for the grandkids toy!" You really can't go wrong with this train. By the way this is does not fit on wooden train tracks-it is quite large.
