    We got this for my 3 year old daughter for Christmas, knowing she would be 4 by the time she could really use it. It was love at first sight. We had to put together 2 bikes on Christmas eve and I was lucky enough to get to do this one, while my husband did the other. I was able to finish first and had less problems putting this one together... So no problem there. No scratches or dents, as others have mentioned, and oddly enough for a MN winter, she could test it out on Christmas day. Big hit... She has rode it all summer now with no problems. LOVES this bike and the pouch for her kitty to ride it. :-)

    After waiting 30 minutes at the customer service counter for 4 employees to find my store pick up order, I received a damaged looking box. I was assured that everything in the box would be fine. At home, we opened the box and found the paint of the handlebars to be bubbly. I spent over an hour talking to Customer Service, Guest Relations and the store manager. No one was able to send me a replacement (in order to avoid driving an hour back to the store with my child-this was suppose to be a Santa gift).

    My daughter is crazy for kitty cats so I was really excited to find this bike, but was concerned about some of the previous reviews. We have received the bike and it was fine coming yet of the package, but the joints of the bike are not well welded. It isn't a huge deal for us because I can't imagine she will ride the bike longer than a year or two. So basically it is a good bike for a per schooler but isn't the best made ever.

          I purchased this bike online and received it in a timely manner, but the front wheel was bent and the painting was chipped. Returned it to a local Toys R Us store and they replaced it with another one. After putting the 2nd one together, noticed the front wheel wasn't mounted correctly and was not even in the center of the frame. So we took that one back for a refund. They told us this style was being discontined. Now we know why!

              My fiance and I purchased this bike for our 5 year old daughter in store and had no problems. It was really benifical to have our daughter right there to test out the bikes as well, instead of playing the guessing game. She immediately gravitated to this one (especially since she's fond of animals). We purchased the bike, took it home, and my fiance had it assembled without looking at the directions in 45 minutes. She LOVES it. Since it's been raining the past few days, she has been riding it around the house. It's a cute little bike and decently priced. Since the seat and handle bars adjust, she will use it for a little while too, major plus.

                When I received this box I was eager to start putting it together for my daughter as her Christmas gift from Santa. Ignored the bad reviews on here and figured it was just a singled out bad experience. But when I opened the box the bike was completely beat up. Huge deep scratches around the neck and the petals were yellow. There were tons of scratches all over the bike. Stay away!!!!!!

                  Box arrived with some damage and the paint on the bike frame was also damaged. Assembly was easy and simple, however front brake is very poor quailty and hard to calibrate. Coaster brakes are sufficient for this bike and front brake should be discontinued.

                      The instructions were a little confusing, referring to the "rear brake", there is only a front brake and a rear coaster brake. But I followed the directions just replacing the word rear with front and it went together very nicely. My daughter loves it, she is 4, a little on the petite side for her age. A 16" is too big and 12" too little. This bike fits very nicely.
