Tried these after receiving a free box and though I think I"ll go back to the Medela disposable pads I've been using, I'm considering buying these as they're so soft. They are a lot thicker than the Medela brand, which is kind of annoying when you're already filling your bra to the max like I do. But they're so much softer. The thick padding makes it feel like there's less room than the Medela for leakage, but they seem to absorb about as much.

I've tried several different nursing pads, and these are my favorite! I've had some severe leak problems with others, but never with these. Plus, they're super thin considering their absorbency, which is nice with more clingy shirts. My only complaint is that with a slippery bra, they slide around a bit (which rarely happens). The price can't really be beat for the quality either. I also love that they're individually wrapped, which makes them easy to pack in my purse, suitcase, diaper bag, etc.

The absorbency and thickness is just fine, but they are NOT for bigger chested women and let's be honest, whether pregnant or nursing, your breasts are constantly growing and changing and you need a pad that will stay put and not get rolled up and bunched around and be useless.

They never stay where they need too. There's no adhesive strip, or tape or anything so they are a waste of time and money for me. The box says there is no adhesive so they "move with you" but they do not move with you. They move away from you.

I would NOT recommend these pads to anyone.

great product tried others and had no where near the absorbency level, lay them flat in your bra, I was able to wear clingy tops, and have no leaks for hours! only bunched up a little when i slept. great size not too small(36F) worked overnight as well, some leaking but what do you want after 7-8hrs of sleeping (well resting as best you could with a newborn:) )

Do not buy these nursing pads. After trying every disposable nursing pad on the market, these are the worst in my book. They do not stay in place in your bra, and end up a crinkled mess after about an hour. They end up looking like balled up tissue in your bra. Not comfortable or flattering.
