I got this for my 8 year old daughter. She is very active uses a bike daily. She likes this bike but immediately complained how hard the seat was when riding it. Usually kids dont notice stuff like that so you know it must be uncomfortable.I will have to purchase a softer seat or seat cover. The gears are hard to shift. She mainly needs to keep in the same gear because of large parking lot and sidewalks she rides on mostly flat so it has not been an issue but it will be if she rides big hills, etc. The wires for the breaks stick out so they do need tucked in but they do keep coming back out and hitting her leg (not to comfortable when wearing shorts). The height of the handle bars is not adjustable at all, the handle bars are only adjustable to lean forward or more back not height. The seat height is adjustable. Overall it is a good bike there are obviously some down sides to it. Some pros: It is really sharp looking and she gets compliments on it. It is a smooth ride and rides in grass, parking lot, sidewalks very easily. While this is a good bike for the money because of cons outweighing pros I would recommend checking out other bikes. I am not going to pack it back up and return to store. It will work for this Summer.

I ordered this bike online for our nine year old granddaughter. Our daughter-in-law and son had picked it out. It was delivered timely and the box was totally intact. My husband put it together without any difficulty. All the parts were present and not damaged. Our granddaughter was absolutely thrilled on Christmas when she received this bike. It really is a cool bike for a girl. It rides smoothly, and has 21 speeds; this is a bit much for a younger girl, but she can learn how to use them. A 24 inch bike is a bit big for her, but the seat adjusted low enough and she can definitely grow with it.

Took awhile to figure out brake assembly, but nice bike for the price, granddaughter loved it and it shifted great first test ride......

This bike has a great look to it, although it's performance is less than satisfying. The de-railing system doesn't adjust out very well, the steering is a little rough, and braking system is weak.

I bought this on sale for a good price, how ever at the normal price it would be good too. At this price point you do not normally find things like a threadless headset or entry leval good brand rear deraileur. For my nine year old girl who is to tall for her 20" bike this is a perfect bike for her till she is old enough for a "real" mtn bike.
It looks like it would be easy to upgrade if needed also.

Rear tire tube had a hole in it. Had to get replacement tube from local Toys r Us and repair the bike.

My daughter loved the look of this bicycle and has found it very comfortable and easy to ride. We are casual riders who ride in parks and around town. We highly recommend this bike for casual riding.

I bought this bike for my daughter for Christmas. Already I've taking it to the bike shop beacause of a flat tire, chain popping off, and shifter malfunction. Don't get me wrong its a nice bike, but troubles this soon- I dont know!!!
