I bought this for my daughter who is wearing 18-24 month clothing. It's huge. I understand it's supposed to be so they can pull there legs in but it's huge. I kept it for next year or year after but then ordered the large 12-18 which is still very large on her but much better than the other.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Bought 2 for my daughter and she loves them. They do run big but since she only wears them in her crib its not a big deal that she has lots of room to grow!

The sizes go by weight and it was substantially too big for my daughter. The product itself is great but the sleep sack can fit my almost 4 year old perfectly while it is draped on my 21 month old for which it was intended... Make sure you estimate down!!!
