Swaddle sack is wonderful for keeping my little girl calm and warm. Unfortunately, the pajamas, hat, and onesie are huge. They are bigger than nb sizes and are probably loser to 0-3 months. Such a disappointment as its so hard to find preemie clothes. The sleep sack is a perfect fit.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
