I used the plastic bath tubs that can be put in the sink or the tub for my first two babies and couldn't stand them. You unplug them to let the water out, but if you don't actually tip it over and pour the water out yourself, water just sits there. Plus, they were so big and bulky so I couldn't store it anywhere in the bathroom. This seat is awesome! It's so simple, folds very flat, never mildews (I don't know why a previous poster has a problem with that), doesn't hold water, does NOT take a lot of water to fill the tub (it's the same as if you are bathing a toddler), it's super comfortable (unlike the plastic baby tubs) and is also super cute. I can actually fit it in the tub with my two toddlers! It was perfect when my daughter was a newborn and would lay comfortably in it; and that she is is 7 months and likes to sit, it helps her balance. I recommend this to everyone!

i use this everyday to give the baby a bath i like how it sit up but the cons about this product is u got to ring it out or it will mildo in the ball part and it seems like u got to wash it every couple days maybe it would be good to feed a baby not give them a bath

I still have not used this for my baby but it's a really cute bather and fits in my tub perfectly! I've heard awful reviews on other bathers so I went with this one based on looks lol. It does seem like a smaller baby will slide to bottom easily as other reviews stated; but not to the point to cause discomfort.

I got this as a transitional tub from sink to bathtub for my 4 1/2 month old daughter. When I set it up I put her in it and she initially just scooted down almost hanging off of it, which should have been my first sign. I went ahead and tried it and neither of us liked it. First, it slid around in the tub with little effort. Secondly, my baby just laid there and couldn't move around and play even in the highest recline position. Third, it seemed like it took forever filling the tub up before the water even touched her. I am definitely returning this and going to try a bath ring/seat. I think for younger babies this is probably great, but not for us.

I love this baby bath seat its realy easy to use and folds for easy storage. The cover slips off for easy cleaning too can be put in the wash. I would highly recommend this bath seat.

My daughter has loved taking baths in this since her very first bath at a week old. Myonly complaint is that you have to fill the bathtub up quite a but to get the water to touch her. But if it was much lower it would be hard to actually bathe her. It folds up nicely and I love that the material dries nicely and I don't have to worry about it molding. I Have also used it to sit her in while I am using the bathroom and she sits nicely.

We orginally received the smaller chair as a gift. My daughter outgrew it after a short time so I purchased the larger bath chair and got many uses out of it. We used it until she could sit on her own and really enjoy the water. I have double sinks so I wasn't able to use it in there but it worked great in the bathtub. I only filled the water up a little bit to cover her legs and bottom. The chair still looks brand new so we will use it again when we have another baby. Greatest bath chair ever!

After inspecting the features of every other infant bathtub, my husband and I decided this tub was the best one. We were so right! The mesh seat comfortably cradles our baby girl while the padded pillow and outer edge provide extra support. The material is soft on our baby's skin and dries quickly after bathtime. It is also easily removable so I can put it in the washer. My favorite feature is the compact design. The tub folds up very small and stows easily in the bathroom cabinet. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone having a baby! :)

We will be using the bather for the first few months after our daughter is born in June. I like that the bather has micro holes so the water does not build up around the baby. The bather also seems very safe with the edges raised and padding around the sides of where the baby will be.
