Upgrade your Keekaroo High Chair to match your style. The Infant Insert is a soft cushion that provides a comfortable and safe seating solution during mealtime for your child under 3 years old. Made of soft to the touch materials, the Infant Insert is proud to be made in the USA. The Infant Insert is made of a BPA-Free and Latex-Free material that is peel and tear resistant. The Infant Insert offers antimicrobial protection and is impermeable to liquids. Easy to clean with warm water, the Infant Insert will withstand the messiest eaters.

A built in pommel and 3-point safety belt helps to keep your child seated properly. When used with the included tray with cover, the Keekaroo High Chair and Infant Insert are JPMA certified to the highest ASTM standards for children up to 3 years old.

Keekaroo's wooden high chair offers the safe seat your child needs during mealtime. The High Chair is ideal for children aged 6 months to 250 lbs. The High Chair includes a wooden tray with BPA-Free plastic tray cover, passive crotch restraint and 3-point safety belt. The Keekaroo High Chair is made with a plant based lacquerer finish. It is JPMA certified to the highest ASTM standards for the safety of your child. Made of environmentally friendly Rubberwood, the wooden high chair provides a sturdy base that will resist tipping and maintains durability to last the test of time and the messiest eaters.

Features included in the High Chair are the depth adjustable seat and footplate and height adjustable seat and foot plate. It was easy to put together, except that with the infant seat and tray, you get all the way through the directions and have to loosen everything to put the infant seat in. It looks great. Its easy to put the tray in and take it out. Tray cover is easy to remove and wash.
It doesn't fold up or recline.
It was missing the tray clips when it arrived.

We upgraded to the Keekaroo Height Right (with infant insert and tray) for our second child and love it! Our first child had a big plastic high chair which we used for a while, then switched to a 'hanging' seat so she could be at the table with us. The Keekaroo is so much better! Our 8-month old fits perfectly and happily in the comfy seat--and seems very secure as well. We use the chair with the tray sometimes, and sometimes leave it off and pull the chair up to the table. Both work out very well. The chair is easy to move around (not too heavy, but heavy enough so it feels very sturdy) and was also very easy to put together. I'm so happy to have a safe & sturdy wooden chair that is versatile--from meal to meal and also one that will grow with my child...and it looks great too :)

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Literally half the price of the Stokke flagship chair. The other 2 differences? This one is rated to 250 lbs max weight, Stokke 300. Last but not least, Keekaroo had the good sense to design and sell a table attachment: Stokke doesn't. There are some off brand mfg that produce something compatible, but Stokke didn't see fit to have an attachment that 99% of the market wants.

Too much work to adjust over the years. Need to unscrew to change heights of seat and foot rail. Infant seat is not very functional, moves around too much when placing infant in. Need two hands to remove tray.

Small, so great for apts. Wood and therefor little worry that it contains all those nasty plastic chemicals. Sturdy, unlike another famous wooden high chair. Tray cover.

First time mom but have many nieces who have used several different wood high chairs.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

We love the Keekaroo Right Height high chair. It's nice to have something for our daughter that isn't made entirely of plastic! It's made with real wood, not veneer, or particleboard. It's sturdy and wipes clean easily. I would expect wooden furniture to show water marks or damage from being wet from spills, but so far the finish and the wood still look like new. It will last us for years to come, and will be a great item for our daughter to have for her children some day. We highly recommend it.
