I really like the drawer breakdown on this dresser. It's perfect for storing all the many baby items. The 3 drawer break down on the top is ideal for diaper change supplies. Some of the drawers to stick/squeak when trying to close, but they do end up closing flush, so it's not a huge problem. My main issue is that the finish on the dresser is really pretty and dark,but it scratches so easily. The wood underneath the stain is light so the scratches are very obvious. There are many scratches on the edge where my jeans hit while changing diapers. We also noticed that the buckle on the changing pad (that we had under the pad, since we don't use it) made really big scratches in the dresser. We'll have to fill in those scratches and re-stain when we're ready to use it as just a dresser. I recommend putting some shelf liner or something under yours if you get this dresser and set things on top.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture. We have had the dresser and crib for over one year. We have been experiencing the knobs on the dresser stripping and cracking. I am in the process of contacting the Company for replacement knobs. I hope they are responsive......

We bought this dresser to go along with the matching crib. The wood is beautiful and well made. It is very sturdy and comes with wall anchors. We had this item ship to store for pick up and had read other reviews about it being very heavy. This is very true. The dresser comes fully assembled in a box and is very very heavy. Definitely a 2-3 person job to load and unload.

This dresser came to us damaged actually. I was really upset about it because we were so excited to get her nursery finished and everything put away. It was clearly damaged BEFORE being put in the box, letting me know that it was damaged from Sorelle not while in Toy's R Us/Babies R Us' care. It was fully assembled and VERY well packaged, that's why I believe it was damaged before packaging. I called my Toy's R Us store which I have been working very closely with in the past few months getting everything for our first child. I spoke with the manager of the "baby" department (her name is Cassie) which I have spoken to multiple times before about various products and taken her recommendations. Cassie worked with us and we recieved our new (undamaged) dresser in less than a week! I've spent nearly $4000 at this store in the last few months and I will continue to get my daughters things from this store. The service is ABSOLUTELY wonderful, every time!

Bought this dresser and crib combo for my son. Love both! It's a great quality of real wood and is very sturdy. Also came with a wall mounting kit which I was happy about as I have read about little ones pulling dressers on themselves recently. I am so glad this was the model we picked, as it was a little expensive but I think will last my son forever. Dresser comes 100% assembled, which is great! It is very heavy, I had 2 30 year old men to carry it for me & we still had to remove the drawers to get it up the stairs. Very happy with this!!!

I ordered this dresser and matching crib set to be sent site-to-store. The items took longer to reach the store than was estimated, and I called to see what the problem was, and no one got back to me. Once they arrived, my husband and I made 2 separate trips to pick up the items (45 min drive each way, while also renting a trailer).

We got the products home, and the crib is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the dresser is the completely wrong dresser (Sorelle Napa 5 Drawer Dresser - Merlot - tall version).

I called Babys R Us Customer Service as soon as we noted the error. I was placed on hold for over 1.5 hours as I was transferred to a different department - each one said they couldn't help me since I placed the order online and then it was shipped to store. They said I would have to take the dresser back to the store. I was very upset since it was not our mistake, and we had to travel such a far distance to get it.

Finally, a woman said they would ship the correct dresser free to our house and hopefully pick up the incorrect dresser, but she wasn't exactly sure if the carrier could do that. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and I was put on hold another hour without anyone ever picking up. I was supposed to receive an email with the details, which I never did.

My husband called Babys R Us a few days later(since our previous attempts rang busy), and was told that they couldn't speak to him since he didn't place the order - he was then hung up on by a supervisor, Eric. I called again later that night and was again transferred multiple times (for a total of 1 hour). Eventually, I was told that since the order was placed site-to-store that it's the store's problem and they coudn't do anything. I have left a message for the store manager and have not heard back yet.

So, at this point, I have a beautiful crib with a non-matching dresser. I wanted the long dresser to place the changing pad on top as well.

I am so frustrated with Babys R Us customer service at this point that I am ready to pull all of my items off my registry. I will NEVER again place an order site-to-store, that's for sure.

Although the set is beautiful, please be aware of the awful customer service that is present at Babys R Us in case you have any problems.

I'm in love with the furniture so much that I wish I had it in my room. We did not have it delivered because they wanted too much so we picked it up from the store. We purchased both dressers and the crib so we needed a trailer to pick it all up. The boxes are HUGE!! So make sure you have a big enough vehicle if you are picking it up. It's also great that this dresser come assembled. The dresser itself is heavy and very sturdy. My husband was able to use a hand truck to bring it into the house and was able to push it into the bedroom because we have carpet. He definitely struggled though. I recommend it being a 2 person job. We got a good deal on it too. So make sure you ask about coupons they offer and opening a credit card. Overall this piece is absolutely beautiful and people think we have spent much more then we did because its that stunning in person!!
