    this dvd was amazing! my son(2yrs) has recently taken an interest in counting so i wanted to get a dvd to just put on repeat so that while he is playng he will hear the dvd and he will become familiar with the numbers. I didnt want a childrens tv show episode that was about counting because i didnt think that he would learn as well if there was a storyline. this dvd is strictly learning. not only does it teach numbers but also shapes and colors. it is direct and to the point and i took a gamble in buying it but it really is a very educational dvd, especially if your child likes to dance because just about the entire dvd is songs that can be danced to. My son knew the numbers 2&3 before i bought this, i have had it for about 1.5 weeks and he now knows how to count to ten with the exception of 4&9 and also has learned circle, diamond, rectangle and triangle. for some reason he cant get the hang of colors but i dont think that has anything to do with the dvd because he has always struggled with colors.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
