Very cute affordable costume, however the sizes run small and the material on the inside is very rough/ itchy. The fur on the outside falls easily.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

My son is 2-1/2 years old and wears 3T shirts and pants (but I need to cuff them an inch) and this 3T/4T costume barely fit him while he was standing still so I'm sure he wouldn't have been able to sit down. The Elmo head would barely close around his head too and it didn't fit so foward like in the picture. He also complained about it itching and wouldn't keep it on. We took it back.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
