I have to say that I am super impressed with the Hexbug company. Conner got a nano bug for his birthday and after about a week it stopped working. We assumed it just ran out of batteries but we bought batteries last weekend and it still didn't work. I emailed the company Monday about it and today (Thursday) I got a package with a bug that matched the one my son had, a pack of batteries and two sticker/cling things. Pretty cool. Oh and we do have other hexbug products that the boys love. :)
