Didn't receive the promotion promised when ordering online and after a ridiculous amount of time trying to get the item, I have given up and as mentioned to the manager...I am a person of principal...so I will no longer buy from Babies R Us or Toys R Us. I stopped shopping at [@]about 10 years ago and I don't know how great the trickle down effect has been because of THEIR poor customer service but I know how many people I have shared my story with and those people being people of principal have joined me in shopping elsewhere. I know they will do the same again. [@]has a great selection of toys and baby items and you can order on line and they have a very easy exchange/return policy. I have NEVER encountered a problem with them
