        This pillow is VERY lumpy!I was shocked at what poor quality it was and how it is not very comfortable. Overall it feels flimsy and cheap (which is wasn't). And you can't put it in the washing machine. Would not recommend.

        Positions great for when I breastfeed and my little stinka loves going to sleep on it on his belly... Of course I cant leave him alone on it. But it works until he's fast asleep so I can lay him on his back.

            After having two babies myself I know how important a good feeding pillow is and this is my favorite gift to get every expectant mother. They are also great to help older siblings hold the new baby. My son was 3 and he would go get "his pillow" (my boppy) and sit down to holdmy daughter. There is a reason the Boppy Pillow has been voted best baby product so many years in a row. A definite must have for all mothers, breastfeeding or not.

            I also suggest the protective under cover and to have at least two top covers.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
