The bottles work fine, but after 3 online orders and 3 phone calls and still not getting the right bottles, I'm convinced to only buy in-store from now on. I bought these bottles since my 3 month old refused to bottle feed and found information online that the latex nipples to go with these Playtex bottles worked for a lot of moms. I had a month from when I ordered them to practice feedings with her, but time ran out since the 4 oz. bottles ordered twice online did not ship-discontinued, though shown on website. Then I was sent the boys package after speaking with service reps to specifically ask for girls, and sent another boys after settling for neutral after being told that girls were no longer available---only in 4 oz. which I had tried to order twice!! I could go on, but let's just say I'll drag all 3 kids to the store rather than deal with this website again.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
