    My son received this laptop for Christmas. He has only played with it 6-8 times and the #9, P, and K buttons have stopped working. I e-mailed V-Tech to find out if it can be repaired or replaced under the 1 year warranty. One month later, I am still waiting for a response. This is not a quality product and I would not recommend buying it.

    Very nice product. My kid likes it. Could use a little more light on the screen. Can't use it at night. Note: BUYER BEWARE: Toys r Us includes an add of Shoppers Advantage Scam. Can't believe Toyrs R us would do this. Buy it somewhere else.

          I am very happy with this little laptop. I got it for my son's 5th birthday. He started Pre-K this year so I was looking for something fun but geared towards improving skills. This is perfect! The fact that he has WANTED to play with his laptop and "count the tires" and work on vocab and letter sounds, makes me a happy mama that he is learning and having fun at it.
          I would only improve one thing, and that is the backlighting. It tends to be very dark, even when adjusted to be lighter. His younger brother loves to sit beside of him and help, but it's hard to see the screen when you are not directly in front of it.
          Overall, I would absolutely suggest this laptop to others!
