When we set out to get a toddler bed, I reviewed quite a bit of them. But honestly we didn't have the money. So I went to my local consignment store and they put me on a list for toddler beds and each time one came in they would call me and I would check it out - see if I wanted it.They called me and said they had a Dora bed in pink, I looked at it but didn't like the support cross bar - there was only one! So I said no thank you. That night my husband came home with a brand new Dora bed! I told him how I viewed the exact same one for [$], how could he go spend [$] on an exact duplicate! I returned the Dora bed.I picked out this bed, it sat for 2 weeks in the box, then He assembled it. She loves her big girl bed. It is a nice bed, sturdy, has several support crossbars under the mattress!! Low to the ground. We are very pleased with our purchase.Our toddler is now in "training" for her big girl bed. She has yet to 'sleep' in it yet.
