Great table, once you get all the pieces

I'm giving this 4 stars not because of the construction or table itself, but because of the packaging issues we had. I LOVE the table, but it took us 3 trips to the store to get a box without missing or broken parts... We bought this table because of the price and height - it is 3'' taller than tables like it, and I figured my tall kids (ages 2 & 3) would get many more years out of it that way. It still fits them fine now and they've got lots of room to grow with it for years. It is a great table - pretty color - it matches our cherry dining room table well and still is kid friendly looking. It's well built, and easy to put together. And cleans up nicely, too. BUT we went thru 3 boxes before we got a complete set! Our first box was missing table legs. We returned to store and got a 2nd box - it appeared to have all the pieces, so we took it. But box #2 had a damaged table top (that we didn't notice when we did a quick inspection at the store). So we returned it, again. TRU was nice enough to give us a partial refund for all our trouble, when I asked for it. So kudos to the store manager for that. And Delta's website does allow me to buy more chairs (by the part) for $27 each. So I can expand the set as more kids join our family, without paying lots of $$. All in all, its a great table, a great price and will last for years to come. BUT it sure was a stinking pain to get a complete set.... open your box and carefully inspect every piece BEFORE you leave the store!

Well, I would have loved to see my two girls sitting at this set on Christmas morning but was very disappointed when we opened the box. Not only was the color wrong, it was the wrong set. We decided that we would use this anyways. In the process of putting the chairs together, we noticed that many strews where missing. There wasn't enough for the chairs, let alone the table. We had to travel back to the store which is an hour away(at the time of purchase, this store was the only one that had it in stock)and return it. The service was just as bad as the table. The funny thing about this is that I read other posted reviews on this table before we purchased it and hoped I would have a better experience, Nope!

This table and chairs set is great! The assembly was easy and only took about 15 mins. It's made of really nice, solid material. It's very heavy and durable. I bought it for my 23 month old and she will definitely be able to use it until she's 5 or 6. The chairs are a little high for her now, but she'll grow into them and will get a lot of use out of this.

I bought this table and chairs set for my 16 month old granddaughter. I wanted something she could use for many years. She has to have some help with getting in the chair but as she grows that won't be a concern. The table and chairs are very nice looking. It arrived in excellent condition and was very easy to attach legs to table and chairs. The set is very sturdy. This was a great buy for the money.

We found this table at store instead of being shipped. When assembling it, we noticed a big scrape on top of table. It looks like either the shipper or somebody at the warehouse cut through the box with a sharp knife or dropped the box onto something very hard and blunt. We returned it & waiting for a new one to arrive. Not sure if we will keep it since it comes with two chairs only & they don't sell chairs separately. The quality of the table is real pretty.

Beautiful and cute. Once we bought the first for a birthday gift we knew we would need a set for grand dad's house. It arrived securely packaged, and the quality is exceptional. Easy to assemble and a very nice quality in hard woods and warm cherry color. Most impressive for under a hundred dollars. My grand son's enjoy and use the set and it is sturdy enough for me to sit gently upon. I am almost 200 pounds.
We will need to protect the beautiful top with place mats or better and it would be nice if it had small caps for the bottom of the chair legs.
Would buy another if we needed another.
