My 3 year old was excited to have this toy, but right out of the box, it did not work. He got it on christmas, so the packaging was thrown out on accident. Toys R Us would not take it back or exchange it for another one. Disappointing.

One unit stoped working after a few minutes. Had a new set shiped to house, this set broke stoped working in a few minutes too. very disapointed.

My son is a huge fan of secret agent, Finn McMissle. I specailly ordered McQueen and McMissle walkie talkies on this website..but they sent me 2 Mcqueen walkie talkies. I'd already read reviews and I hoped that would not happen to me... but it happened.My son and I were very disapointed.

its all my gransdon asked for for christmas. ordered them online and were assured that they were in stock and would be shipped oout. About a week later, I get an email saying that they had CANCELLED my transaction because they didn't have it in stock. My husband drove to the toys r us about an hour away and there it was...right on the shelf... thanks so much toys r us...you guys really cared a lot about my grandsons christmas. I hope never to have to shop with you again.
