My kids really love playing with this. They are now 10 1/2 months old and they quickly learned how to push the button to make it start the music. They've been playing with it for the past 2 months. This is probably one of their favorite toys. Be careful to only use the light plastic balls in the popper though.

We bought this ball popper for my daughter's 1st birthday & thought she would love it since she loves the regular Playskool ball popper that she has at her grandparent's house. We were very disappointed! The original ball popper is way better! The original popper automatically shoots the balls in the air, and funnels down, then reshoots back up. The elephant popper barely shoots it out of it's trunk, and then you have to put it back in right away- it does not automatically continue popping. The elephant is a lot cuter, which is why we bought it, but if you want a better popper, stick to the original. We are taking this one back to the store to exchange it for the original one tomorrow! Another con- the red ball the elephant is holding is the start button- which may confuse little ones when there is another red ball that flies.

      Bought this for my 9 month old son and he was not entertained at all! It didn't work they way it was advertised and the "continuous" play only works while there are balls in the chamber. I took ours back as it was a waste of money.

        My daughter received this toy for Christmas. The motor stopped working after a week or two so we went to exchange it for a new one which Toys R Us did without a problem. The second one is still working but the toy is just horrible. It pops the balls out MAYBE 25% of the time. It is very poorly made. I would NOT recommend getting this toy. There are plenty more toys that pop balls out that are way more reliable.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

              I bought this because it came in pink and caught my eye for my daughter. Im very dissapointed that she is afraid of it, and will run from it because it's too loud. 2 months later she will only play when Im with her and wont attempt to do anything her self but pick up the balls and hold them. She is lively and plays with everything else I think it's because it's too loud and scary almost like the vaccum lol

                    The trunk spins so that the balls will roll onto the floor or back into the ear and through the bottom so you don't have to chase after them constantly. Teaches the babies how to put them in and look and find how to get them back out or how to chase after them. The air that blows out of the trunk is also fun for the kids!

                      Our son received this toy for his first birthday and loved it. Then 1 month and 26 days later it suddenly stopped working. When we press the button it beeps and nothing happens.

                      Cons: very loud and the balls just hover at the end of the elephant's nose and it died in less than 2 months.

                      This thing is about as loud as a gas powered leaf blower with no way to silence it. WAY too loud for what it is.
