How does Toys R Us have the nerve to stock this piece of garbage? We had it 4 days unopened and after opening it the top of the truck was cracked, the doors don't stay closed, and the latch on top of one of the doors is already breaking apart. My 3 year old son didn't even play with it. And let's not even talk about the flimsy, third rate plastic tires. Shame on your Toys R Us.

The only reason I gave it 3 stars is that although I think it is not a good product, my 3 years old son loves it. He got as a gift.
The sides snap off easily, the latch is not the best, so it opens when carrying the cars around, spilling them out. The way it is designed, the cars flip inside their little compartiments and looks messy.

I bought this item as a present from Santa for my son. He wanted it from a picture in a catalog. It is made so cheaply! One of the side doors to keep the cars in does not shut completely, so they all just fall out as soon as it moves. The other door already has some of the plastic chipped of. We've only had it since Christmas. This toy will not last until the summer. My son was so excited that it could fit so many cars, but it really doesn't work.

I had read the comments and decided to ignore the only negative one...that was a mistake! I ordered two of these for my twin boys. Upon opening the boxes both trucks had one side that would not latch to keep the cars in. The plastic is so cheap that one of the trucks was cracked on the grill and the other girll actually fell off into my sons hand. I could snap it back on but could tell it would last about 10 more minutes. The truck and the bed/storage case didn't fit together all that well so it came apart several times. We had them out for about 30 minutes before putting them both back into the boxes and I will be returning them tomorrow. This was a waste of time and shipping money. I will be purchasing a similar truck made by RBI at a much higher cost.

This toy was purchased for my 3 yr old who loves trucks and cars. It's not the best quality, but for the price was an excellent buy. he loves it. The sides snap off easily, but I just have to snap them back on. The cab of the truck only rests in the back of the truck, so it comes apart easily. Doesn't really bother my son.

My son received this as a christmas gift and one side of the case will not stay closed. It is very frustrating when all the cars fall out. Also, the cars that come with this are very cheap. We have had several wheels already fall off, so beware if you have other smaller children in the house.

This was a Christmas gift for my son when he opened it the stickers were already peeling off the truck. Two days after Christmas the plastic siding cracked and broke off the truck and will no longer stay attached to the hinge the vehicles are cheap and the cab will not stay attached to the back of the truck. The small truck it came with does not stay attached to the cab either because a plastic ball joint piece broke off. I Don't recommend this product. Pay more for a better quality item. It will keep you both happy.

My son got this for Christmas on the 25th when he opened it the stickers were already peeling off and by the 27th the plastic siding door cracked and came off of the truck. The cab doesn't stay attached to the back of the truck which frustrated him. The cars it comes with are pretty lightweight so not great quality. It also came with a mini "18 wheeler" and the ball that held the cab to the back of that truck broke off so that doesn't stay attached either. I was warned by a customer in the store that this brand is disappointing but my mother in law has a case like this at her house (made by a different brand) and he loves to play with it so I was trying to buy something similar. Overall dont recommend it. Fell apart in 3 days or less.

Both of my kids, 3 and 6, love trucks and cars so I thought this was the perfect gift for both of them and I was right. They both love it. BUT the 1st one we opened neither door would stay closed so we packed it up and returned it. The 2nd one seems to stay closed a little better. The 2nd childs doors do click shut but the plastic is so warped that the small things falls out and then he gets really mad. So now i am debating on returning this one too. There should not be this much trouble with toys that are brand new. I may try and put a small piece of velcro on the bottom of the plastic door to see if that will solve the problem. My 6 year old had one of these from toys r us three years ago and it was much much better made that this one.

The truck will not stay hooked to the trailer. The plastic doors pop right off when u try to open it! Plus the cars it came with are poorly made. Very poorly made !!! My son was very disappointed.
