My Grandson, son in law and PaPa Loves the Air swimmer and this Tank. This tank goes a long long way. --- You just have to get the balance right on the swimmer, for those that said the swimmer wouldn't get off the ground. Sorry But That was your fault....... Great Tank!

We ordered this item well before Christmas to inflate the Air Swimmers ordered at the same time. We were told the Helium tanks were on back order and would be shipped as soon as they were received. I have emailed Toys-R-Us and received no response. It is the third week of January and still no Helium tank.

My son received the air swimmer and helium tank for Christmas. The tank is either empty or not working. The retailer will not take it back and I can't find a contact to speak to a person on what I can do. Very disappointing for a 7 year old on Christams morning.

the tank was empty when I went to use it. already threw away the box,and I doubt toys r us would do anything for me anyway. Will just consider it a loss

As most reviews say it doesn't fill the fish/shark. The one I bought was empty. I tried to return it but they didn't believe I didn't use it even though it was the same day I bought it. Well I went to the party supply store cause they have them too and you also get balloons. The girl said I could just pay a fill charge and they would fill it. $5.00 it was nicely filled and I bought my kids some candy too. LOL! I can get it filled 5 times for the price of one empty tank.

The helium tank is ok but when you deflate the balloon I mean the Air Swimmer and when trying to refill it. The helium tank doesnt have enough helium to refill it. So I suggest you go to party store and get it filled up for a dollar to five dollars and much cheaper then buying a helium tank. When the helium tank runs out of helium you get to dispose of it and thats a pain in the butt.

The was not even half full,I took it to toys r us to return and explain the issue,they did not want to take back per Corp policy. I told them that no where on the box or receipt does it state u can't return to the store.I filed numerous complaints about it,but all I get is robots with no resolution to this problem. They r not keeping up with their promises.

I bought it for the air swimmer product. On Christmas morning, I go to use it; however, it was completely empty. It is still sitting in my office now. I have not disposed of it. I did not try to take it back because:
1. The day after Christmas in a toy store---no thanks!
2. I find it hard to believe that a manager would believe it was empty, and that she/he would replace it.

I purchased the tank for the Airswimmers Shark as a Christmas gift. Had to pick the tank up from a Toys R Us store, assuming the tank would be filled. After unwrapping the gift and attempting to fill the shark, we realized the tank was empty. No one would fill the tank, not even Toys R US. What a pointless item. Well, not pointless to Toys R Us because they got their money.
