The one major problem is the mattress is made of cardboard and is already bending after two weeks and my daughter's baby has fallen through!!! I am thinking of seeing if my husband can make a template from the cardboard and build a new mattress with pile wood and cover it with fabric so there are no rough edges. Because other than the cardboard mattress it is a cute product that my two year loves to put her babies to sleep in! It is perfect height for her and is light weight plastic so it is easily moved.

So disappointed! The manufacturer used cardboard for the matresses with no support at the headboards and they got bent and ruined in less than 2 hrs on Christmas Day. What a waste of money!

Why are the matress made out of thin cardboard when the rest of the bed is made out of plastic?? Is plastic that expensive? I would rather pay more for a quality product!

My daughter was super excited to receive this as a birthday present. It fell apart several times. The bottom of the bed is flimsy cardboard and ended up getting bent. It lasted about a month before I was fed up with it and threw it away. Needless to say, she will be getting a nice baby doll crib for Christmas!

This bed looks cute, but it falls apart too easily. The bottoms of each bed are made of cardboard, and within a few months it was torn. What a waste of money.

Cute product my girls love it but my 1 1/2 yr old wanted to climb in it and has destroyed the cardboard mattresses and now what do I do with it. In the description it says made of plastic but does not mention the cardboard mattresses. I'm sure it has a age recommendation but it was bought for my 3 yr old and she happens to have a baby sister. Its sad bc I really like everything else about it.

This bunk bed is made from thin, hollow plastic, but that's not the problem. It actually makes it very easy for my 2.5 year old to move around when she wants to. The bed stays together well, which was important to me, although the ladder can be pulled off easily, but it goes back on just as easily. My 2.5 year old can do it herself, so it doesn't bother me too much. An average size doll fits into the beds just fine. The bad part about this bunk bed is that the "mattresses" are a thin piece of cardboard!!! The cardboard lays across the plastic slats. It works, I guess, but it could be much better - either make it all plastic or some sturdier material. To resolve this problem, we are going to cut a different material to replace the cardboard so it will work out just fine for us. I just wish they had provided something better to begin with.
