The second time we used these they were dropped on the driveway and the front wheel popped right off. The screw had no grooves on it and the wheel would not reattach in a way that I felt could be safe enough to use.
I wonder had we kept these skates if they would have caused my daughter to fall.

I placed an order, it went through then I receive an email stating it is not available. The money was taken out of my account on 2 different occasions. (and no it was not just an authorization of funds). I had to spend time arguing with your customer service people about it. I would never in a million years use your service again. I was hung up on, basically told that I did not know what I was talking about.

My 4 year old daughter got these for Christmas and she loves them. The snap on one of the skates did break the first time we used them but we were able to get replacement skates and we I will have to see how they hold up. I love that they can grow with her and are not the cheap grow with me skates. No complaints.

Upgrading my toddler to rollerblades, from the grow with me skates these were amazing! The grow with me skates were made of plastic and were very ard for her to glide in. I put these on her this weekend, took her outside and she was having a blast learning to stay up on the rollerblades. She barely moved and the skates did all the gliding for her!!! They were very comfortabel for her and she loved them!

The product is great, seems very durable and my daughter is in them all the time. However, we received only ONE skate in the box when it arrived. I've given a five star rating because Toys R Us has a policy that we could take it back to a local store and exchange it for a complete pair. That was very painless and we got it taken care of quickly without having to return by mail!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The wheels don't turn because the bearings are bad, and you can't keep in control because the wheels side everywhere. The wheels are made of PLASTIC. Who does that? Would you ride a bike with plastic wheels? There's no grip, so you can't skate anywhere but your carpeted living room. Good luck using these outside. I'll pay more for rubber wheels next time.
