    [...]. This truck is biiiiig and faaaaast! Wish the battery would last longer but thats the case with all of these battery operated toys. Regardless my son loves it so much he plays with it inside and outside (pavement and dirt roads). We stepped on the controller and broke it by mistake, oops. Called the 1800 support number on the manual and received a replacement in the mail 2 days after, free of charge. That is what I call great customer service. =)

        I only give 1 star out of requirement to review. I ordered this for my son's 9th Birthday, [...] only to have it quit working after 20 mins of use and 6hrs. of charging time! The performance during the 20 mins. left much to be desired, it got stuck on everything and was very slow. Sent it back still waiting for my refund. Toys R US is a great company but there are far better R/C vehicles out there for the price.
