The Power Wheels Fisher-Price Dune Racer Ride On is a 2 seat, open cockpit design 12v battery operated ride on with large off road tires. This cool dune buggy's main feature is Monster Traction which delivers superior terrain performance versus other battery operated ride ons. The Power Wheels Fisher-Price Dune Racer Ride On drives 2.5 and 5mph forward and 2.5 mph in reverse. It also has a front storage compartment, a metal frame and nickel plated side safety bars. For enhanced appearance the product has metal plated wheels, front bumper, and shifter.

Great product!!, at a resonable price. Just purchased this item for my sons 3rd birthday, and he loves it. He rode it all day into the night. It was simple to assemble, took no longer than 45 mins. It's a very sturdy, and cool looking vehicle. It drives well on all terrian. I highly recommend it.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He is two and a half. It is great for him. But, he has twin six year old cousins. The dune racer will not carry a six year old up any incline without stopping and not working. They can ride it on a flat surface fine, but any hill the dune racer will not work at all. You have to push it up the incline and wait for it to start working. My nephews only weigh 58 lbs. The maximum weight on the dune racer is extremely misleading. I would purchase this for a small child but it isn't worth the money for an older one.

We purchased this after the holidays on deep discount and wish we grabbed one more. Kids(8,6,4) love it and drive it everyday. The wheels are plastic so it does get stuck on wet inclines but they dont mind. It has held up to a month of spring play well. No complants

My son loves it! He drives his 1 year old brother in it. It's light, he can lift it from the front by himself! It's go though winters (with out battery in it). The ONLY problem, and I heard it's common, is that the power will searge randomly. He'll be driving and then it will shut off. It wont turn back on until you remove the battery and mess with the cord. Then it will start up, only to do it again less then 3 minutes latter. =[ We have had it for about a year now, and we just filed a claim on it. Highly sagest getting a warranty!

My son got this for his 4th birthday. One year later, he still loves it! It's great on the grass in our backyard unlike some powered kids cars. Plus, it has two speeds, the later to go faster once the kid gets used to it.

The only problem is that you don't know if the battery is charged or not. There is no indicator to tell how much battery life you have. You do run the risk of charging and it ruins the battery.
