Santa Claus bought this product for my daughter. Top speed is good when the Matrix runs straight which in and of itself is a very difficult task. The Matrix tends to drop onto the "training wheels" which are there to keep the product "upright" during turns. Once it is on a turn, the Matrix loses a great amount of speed and is extremely difficult to bring back to an upright position. It gets worse as the Matrix is designed to flip, but can only do so when running upright and straight. In the precious few seconds that we have been able to run in an upright position, the Matrix is completely unable to flip. This thing is a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment. Now I have to explain to my daughter how it is that we can return a Santa Claus gift at Toys-R-Us. Zero Stars is the most appropriate rating.

This item was a complete waste of money. The support bars needed to keep it upright snapped almost instantly (since they are thin plastic....) and it is not possible to get replacement parts. They probably cost $0.25 to make, but without them, the bike can't stay verticle. POOR DESIGN!

Right out of the box there were issues including long charge times but only a few minutes of play time. It will not stay up unless you run it in a straight line.

My son's father bought this for him for christmas and it does not hold a charge and when you go to take it back to toys r us they turn you away and tell you to call the manufature. [$] down the drain.Totally unsatisfied with toys r us, they would not even give us one compariable or even the same one or even store credit. They have lost our business.

My son bought this product out of he's birthday money really disappointed I am going to return the item as it doesn't do as the advert says my son is very upset as it does not work I can't believe that it passed the marketing board disgraceful please don't buy you will be disappointed

This item is an absolute piece of junk!!!! I purchased this as a gift from Santa for my 8 yr old son who picked it out in the Toys R Us big christmas book. He was very excited with the toy but we did not try and use it until recently and it would not work at all, I then read on line all the negative reviews, so we decided to return the item for store credit. They would not give us store credit since it was past their 45 day return policy, I explained that it was past the policy because it was a christmas gift and an outside toy and we had not tried to use it yet but that didnt matter, terrible customer service by the manager of the So Charleston, WV manager Robbie!!!! I was told by toys r us customer service on the phone that the manager of the local store could exchange the item if he wanted to but he said NO that it was corporate policy!!!! What a bunch of junk, now I am out [$] on a piece of junk toy and have a disappointed child. I would not advise anyone to purchase this piece of junk or deal with Toys r us in So Charleston, WV again!! I know that I will not purchase from there again!!

this product is a big piece of junk barely stays up and is slow and only flips over if u jump it off a ramp my 5yr old son was disapointed to say the least do not buy!
