      Bought this and another red one for our boys for Christmas. Product does not go very fast, and within the first 30 minutes or so of using it the turning ability of this truck wouldn't work anymore! It would only go forward and back. We went to return it within a couple of days to toys r us WITH the box, receipt and had our purchase protection for it and they only wanted to give us store credit. I don't want store credit, I want to go to another retailer to purchase a better quality product instead of your broken/malfunctioning one. It had been less than a week and they will only give store credit despite the item not being in the store to exchange for another like item. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this retailer and experience. My other son's red truck worked a little longer but after 2 weeks still under performs and isn't worth the inflated price!! We will be returning it as well.
