We got a hand-me down carseat/stroller when our twins were born and it was missing the protective cover, so we went looking for some kind of sun shield (mainly to use when the car seat was in the Snap & Go stroller. This Canopy worked fabulous!
Pros: It's compact, lightweight, easy to store, and looks good. The mesh is great and really allows some air/breeze to flow. The snaps allow you to securely put the top back to let some light/air in when the baby is awake.
Con: Only 1 - the elastic band is a bit loose and can cause the canopy to pop off sometimes. A drawstring/clip method would allow it to be more secure.

This product has been a life saver for me on so many occasions! It seems as if every summer shower unexpectedly pops up as soon as I take my 3 month old out to run errands! I just throw the Comfort Canopy Car Seat Cover over our Chicco Key Fit 30 car seat, and all is well. I also use this product every Friday night when my husband and I go out to dinner. We usually choose a place where we can sit outside, but lately I have been very worried about bringing my son because of the mosquitos and the recent outbreak of the West Nile Virus. When we use the Comfort Canopy, I can rest assured knowing that he is safe from the bugs! I highly recommend this product for every mom!

I received this product as a gift at the beginning of the summer when my son was already 7 months old. We had plans to attend an outdoor family reunion and the beach. It would have been perfect for a baby 5 months old (pre-sitting age) or younger, especially an infant, but a 7 month old is not content to sit in his car seat while everyone else is moving about! I will definitely use this product on a future baby, especially if the baby is younger during the summer, when SPF and bug protection is a must! I did find an alternate use for the product for an older baby, though: use it with the reflective cover snapped up to keep the car seat cooler in your hot car while you are out running errands with baby in arms or a stroller!

I got this canopy about a month ago and I just love it. I have a 5 month old and we still use his car seat in the stroller so this is just perfect for the summer. First off, it is so easy to use. It just stretches around the edges of your car seat...AND you can even still use your car seat handle above it. The screen protects him from mosquitoes when we take evening walks. We also walked around craft fairs and farmer's markets in direct sunlight, pulled the solar cover out of the pocket and didn't worry about him getting too much sun. Plus the screens on the side still offer ventilation even when the solar cover is on. Another added bonus - it discourages people from touching your baby ;) You can zip and/or button it many different ways to customize what you need. Very well thought out design and concept!

The sun canopy is a must have item. We just got back from the beach and used the canopy everywhere we went. It protected my little girl from the sun and bugs but also let a breeze come through so she never got overheated. It was honestly a hit, we had numerous people come up and ask where they could get this sun protector. You can unzip the top to reach in and take care of the kiddo. It also folds up and fits perfectly in my diaper bag. We give this product two thumbs up and highly recommend the purchase of this product. You will be extremely satisfied.

I was hesitant to spend the money on this, but am so happy I did. It works great with my Graco Snugride 30 infant seat and provides sun and insect protection for my little lady. Having a summer newborn, I was nervous about sun and bugs, and this gives me great peace of mind at a decent price. Plus, it keeps her in a protective barrier out of the grabby hands of passersby when we're on walks.

I love how it folds up as well, great all around. Highly recommended!

This product is quick and easy to put on and take off. I love that I can fit it in my diaper bag and it's always handy when I need it. It's great for keeping the sun off my daughter, since she's too young for sunscreen. The vented sides allow air flow and keep it from getting hot inside. It's perfect for keeping bugs, the elements, and adoring hands off of baby. Definitely a worth while product!
