The bike was a gift to our daughter. She really likes the characters and I was excited to get the bike in her favorite colors. My husband said that the bike was easy to put together and my daughter had no troubles when she started riding.

This bike came without any pedals & heavily scratched and dented frame. Toys R Us customer service told me they could do nothing to help me unless I sent the bike back to them then they would replace or I could contact Dynacraft myself. Who wants to assemble, disassemble, then reassemble a bicycle? Not I! Don't buy and don't shop Toys R Us Online!!! NEVER AGAIN

Ordered this bicycle online for my 6 year old Granddaughter's main christmas gift from us. Thanks to Dynacraft's poor quality control and Toys R Us's reprehensible Customer Service, we have an assembled bike without any pedals. Customer Service told me I was to disassemble the bike and ship back to them before they would replace. I told them all I needed were pedals and a Grandmother shouldn't have to assemble, disassemble, then reassemble a bicycle. After speaking with a supervisor I was told a new bike was being shipped that day - Dec 8. It is now 20 days later and still no bike. Three phone calls later they tell me I need to deal with Dynacraft, the manufacturer. Good job, Toys R Us, for running off a loyal customer of 25+ years! Merry Christmas :| p.s. The Toys r Us stores here don't sell just pedals and the ones I bought at Walmart to try were too large. Also, there were several large scrapes and scratches into the paint on this bike as well.

Order the 20 inch Monster High Bike for my 6 year old Granddaughter which she loves and was able to ride with training wheels right away after I had to pay competitor to assemble and repaid as I was unable to contact Toys R Us. The Bike arrived when promised and upon opening notice that the front forks were bend. I tryed to phone the local store (the number was listed in website) and was not able to get anyone to answer after several days. Finally took the boxed parts to the local bike shop and had them fix and put bike together, which cost an additional $50. Should have purchased at competitor in the beginning.

Purchased bike from store for grandchild's birthday. Assembled by ToysRus and there were no problems. She has been riding it since May and it still looks just as good as new. She loves it.

My daughter loves it. I don't however because its a poorly put together bike. No kickstand, brakes fell off and training wheels not sturdy. A wheel completley flipped and caused my daughter to fall. Poorly put together by Toys'R'Us employees.

Got the first bike from toys'r'us and it wasn't put together right. had to return it for a new one. The back wheel wouldn't even move. 3 months later with the second bike and the back tire seems to be getting stuck again also problems with the seat. Bike looks nice but doesn't work properly. Never again.

A great bike for girls just wish it arrived in good condition.
