      If I could give this zero stars, I would. The shrinky dinks do NOT shrink up properly--I followed the directions exactly and they curled up on themselves and could not be flattened out. I tried shrinking them on a lower heat with similar results, except I pulled them out practically un-shrunk because I could tell they were going to curl up on themselves. These are NOT the shrinky dinks I remember from my childhood. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Save your money.

        Comments about Creativity for Kids Shrinky Dinks Kit - Fairy Garden:

        I purchased this for my 6 year old daughter over the summer- we had a great time making the shrinky-dinks and she got a lot of use out of it. The only drawback is that the marker colors varied from what was shown, and were all very dark colors- purple, blue, 2 shades of green, black, and silver. Pretty enough, but didn't really match the brightness of the woodland set. And she really wanted a peach or brown so she could color the skin.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
