I would say that this is the worst thing I could have purchased. Within a month, the pegs holding the actual foot rest in place fell out. I tried glueing them back in, and they started falling out within a few days. The design of the foot rest is such that if jiggles and therefore puts stress on the pegs. So every few days of use requires re-inserting the pegs and don't even think about moving it because I'm afraid the pegs will fall out and be lost forever. Since I hadn't even had it for a month I took it back but all I could do was exchange it for another one which is a joke, because it will do the same darn thing! The only benefit is it was easy to put together.

Can't comment on product because shipment was lost in mail. 1 month later we still haven't received it. Customer service was awful, not willing to expedite a new shipment. Cancelling our order. Will buy somewhere else. Don't waste your time with toys r us online shopping.

I ordered this stool because I had BRU gift cards and it's their only brand online, but it was not worth the money or the hassle. I've been using it for less than two months and it's already falling apart. Within the first few days we had to nail the no-slip pads to the feet of the stool because they wouldn't stick to the feet and the stool slipped all over the place. Also, the foot rest jiggles constantly. And now the pegs holding the foot rest in place are falling out all the time. I would skip this and order the Medela stool from [@] - I used those while my baby was in the NICU and they were much better than this product.

We had gotten this stool off our registry. Very easy to put together! I had choosen this stool as my rocker did not come with one and we were a little cramped on space and thought it would be better! Definatly will save space! Very comforatable and sturdy. Only thing is that I wish it was just a little wider and maybe a tad taller. Espresso color does have a very nice light red tint to it, not black like a lot of espresso colors.
