I was hesitant to buy this cradle after reading all the bad reviews, but in the end decided to get it anyway because I didn't want to spend a lot. And I'm glad I did! I put it together and haven't had any problems with it since. My daughter isn't overly rough with it, just normal play, rocking her dolls, leaning in to give them a bottle, etc. and it has held up just fine. None of the pieces have fallen off. I disagree with the reviews that say the pieces only fit together with no snap -- put a little effort into it and you will hear a "click" as the pieces lock together. Can't beat it for the price and my daughter has been very happy with it!

I found a solution to the cardboard bottom I and eveyone else is displeased with. I went to [@], [@], with the cardboard bottom and one of the side railings and requested a custom cut unbreakable piece be made. It was ready the next day, 3/16" custom cut, unbreakable (Richard, the sales rep who helped me, banged a sample against the counter several times) for [$] plus tax. It is a perfect fit! I've also glued all the peices together with a child safe glue.

    This cradle did not last more than a month. The cheap plastic pieces do not stay snapped together and the base of the bed (mattress) is a thin piece of cardboard.

    This was very easy to assemble and good quality. The thing I do not care for is that the bed part is cardboard that fits into grooves on the sides and my 2 year old wanted to climb in the cradle herself and the cardboard pushed through. Just have to keep the real kids out of it and explain it is just for baby dolls.

    This is cute, but you get what you pay for. Daughter got it on Christmas so it hasn't fallen apart yet, but, she hasn't moved it. It just sets in the place where she wants her babies sleeping. Nothing is holding it together. Just plastic pieces that pop together. The bottom is made of a cheap piece of cardboard. We are going to cute out a thin piece of plywood to put in the bottom then out the decorative cardboard over it, and when we do that, we will super glue the pieces together just in case. But over all for $15' it's pretty cute and it does the job.

    Cute, but huge disappointment. Put it together yesterday, but my 2 year old already broke the bottom. Not her fault, the bottom of the cradle should NOT be made of card board. The card board is flimsy and not appropriate for a two year olds toy.

    This item is cheap and works well for a 3 year old playing with it to rock her dolls. I bought this without reading any previous reviews. Ours has not fallen apart yet, but I can see how it would be easy to do so. The mobile is cute. My disappointment was in the baby blanket and the pillow. It shows a ruffle around both the blanket and the pillow on the box, but ours did not come with ruffles.

        This crib is only held together by plastic, push-together pieces and NEVER stays together. It is so frustrating for my little girl, because all she wants to do is play with it and she never can! And SO frustrating for me because I'm constantly forced to put the thing back together, knowing I'll have to do it again in 5 minutes!

        DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

          bought this thinking it was all plastic and was disappointed to find the bottom was a piece of cardboard. It also falls apart everytime you move it,i am going to glue it to try and fix that but i have to find a new bottom. It might be fine for an older child, but mine is only 2. will be looking for a replacment.

              A thin piece of cardboard is the base of the cradle. This was destroyed a few weeks into playing. Also each corner of the cradle as well as the mobile is a cheap hollow piece of plastic that fits into another cheap hollow piece of plastic. Almost every time my daughter picks it up to move it, it completely falls apart. Finally my husband used a silicone based adhesive in each of the holes to prevent this from happening. The only benefit to this cradle is that it is light weight due to the incredibly cheap plastic it was made out of. After we adhered the pieces permanently it works for her, but I would never buy another one.

                I bought this for my two year old daughter who is taking her 10+ baby dolls to bed with her. So I decided to get them their own bed next to hers. I no sooner then took it out of the box before I shoved it right back in!! The bottom bedding piece is made of CARDBOARD!!!! Who would make this for a child that is going to destroy it within minutes anyhow?!!

                Never buy this!!!
