When my child was 2 weeks old we were in a car accident, totaled the car, yet my child slept through it. This carseat kept him so secure he hardly moved in our collision. Most importantly it kept him safe- not even a scratch on him.

When purchasing this seat safety was my first priority but I chose this seat over another more popular brand that was rated the same for safety because of the ease of use. It literally take 2 minutes to install once you have read the installation instructions. The level indicator on the base is easy to see and read and the sure-latch system makes installation fool proof. I love the sliding harness on this carseat because it doesn't require any threading. I can adjust it to whatever my little one is wearing and rest easy knowing it is adjusted to him properly. The canopy is probably the best I have seen. It covers the entire seating area and provides excellent shade. A must for me living in the south. My only complaint about this seat is that it is a little heavy. I had a c-section and with my 9lb newborn I wasn't really able to carry the seat with my son in it for a few weeks. But it's heavy because it is sturdy. I love this seat and so does baby.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Fabric is so soft

I looked for the car seat for 9 months being pregnant. I found this car seat on a different web site and suggested to babyrus to carry it. I am surprised that they did, although I bought it from the different site. there are some good things and things that i do not like about this seat.
Pros:
1)The canopy is the best from all the seats. It goes all the way down, perfect for rain, sun or strangers that wants to pick on your baby.
2)The padding is super super soft. It is perfect for a very little child. The newborn inserts made my baby so snugly.
3)No rethreading harness is great. I change it all the time, depend on clothing.
4) Instillation is very easy. Took me less then a minute as it is mentioned in instructions. It is easy to take the seat out of the base.
5) It fits almost all the travel systems and car seat adapters and snap and go frames
Cons:
1)It is on the heavy side. It does not provide the weight of the seat without the base anywhere. It is heavier then graco seats and slightly lighter then peg-perego seat. Bottom line it is kind of heavy.
2)This seat might not be for a small car. We have a toyota suv and it takes all the space between the front and back seat, so I totally see an issue in a small car.
3) The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the harness seams to be short. It was perfect for my newborn daughter but now it is getting tight. She is almost 3 months and 12 pound but she is tall. It got colder and i put the layers on her and with all that sometimes I have to pull the harness up to its limit. Unless I am doing something wrong. It makes me worry that in a couple of months with the layers it will be too tight.

Although I love this seat. It is very comfy for the baby.

This carseat is great, lots of comfortable padding, easy to buckle and adjust, installation is a dream. When they say 60 second install or less they mean LESS. Definitely highly recommend!
