A. I ordered this online on a Tuesday before Christams, Standard Delivery because ToysRUs had a nice little disclaimer in red stating I could still select Standard Delivery and it was guaranteed by Christmas. Well that was a TOTAL FAIL!!!! My son didn't receive his roundhouse until the following week. When I called Toys R Us Saturday (Christmas Eve) the lady told me that it would be delivered that day and that they had until 9pm to do so. Well, we didn't get it. When I called UPS they told me that UPS Ground Delivery does not deliver on Saturdays and that is how Toys R US shipped it. So, needless to say Toys R Us customer service has no idea what they are doing and never TRUST the little RED disclaimer saying it will get here in time. It's a complete LIE>

B. The Diesel Track Set itself once rec'd is ok, but I'm dissappointed that the some of pieces are plastic and cheap and really have no way of standing up on there own.

It's "Real Wood" And It's Real Quality!

- They say real quality, and it's true. Check the video review!
- Even the quality of the plastic is nice .. It has a nice finish to it (if that makes sense)
- There's a lot of play elements with some real interaction
- The magic of the interaction is magnet based, and it's done well.
- The light effects and sounds work well.

- It might be a bit of work for a young one to handle by themselves, but, makes for a great family set to explore.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
