The material on this bin is very cute and still looks good after several washes. I have not had any problems getting all four velcro tabs to line up. Mine secures tightly and securely. I use this for my 16 month-old's laundry, and it works just fine. I wouldn't expect it to hold too much weight, but for the price, I've been pleased.

The colorful band at the top of the storage bin is made to fold over the round metal bar. Velcro is used to fix the band into place so the metal bar is covered. However, of the four Velcro pieces you are supposed to use, only two of them line up properly. The other two cannot be used so you get to stare at the exposed Velcro pieces as well as the metal bar on two sides of the storage bin.

Please also see my review of the Little Boutique Owl Night Light. That item is also a piece of junk. Little Boutique is 0 for 2 in my experience so I would discourage anyone from purchasing their products.
