I'm not sure why this toy has such poor reviews. Both of my sons, 3 and almost 1, love it! The helicopter pad does come off easily, but it's easy enough to snap back in and it doesn't bother my kids. This is the one toy that my 1 year old consistently likes to play with. If he isn't playing with the garage he likes to walk around with the cars. We've had this since Christmas and it's still a hit in our house. For the money, I'm not disappointed.

Bought the product for my son's first birthday. He seemed very interested in it. He loved the cars and all the sounds they made (though for an adult, the sounds quickly become irritating). We bought this toy assuming that our son would have it for a long time. Unfortunately within less than three months the music function broke. The music gets stuck on a loop and sounds like a repetitive broken record rendering that important aspect of the toy useless. I also contacted the manufacturer and have never heard back regarding this problem. Also it was difficult to find the additional cars at any Toys R Us we went to.

This product has a lot of potential when it comes to the actual idea of the toy. My complaint is that the ramp does not stay cliped in nor does the helocopter pad. They come off when you pick up the whole unit. The cars are great!!!

We LOVE our Vtech toys!! We have the sterring wheel, rhyme book, interactive walker, and much more from VTech. However, this garage and the cars and pieces that go along with it are not what we expected them to be...when we buy Vtech we expect the highest quality because of previous purchases and experiences! The parts to this garage do not snap in and stay in like they should, the cars do not go down the ramp like they should..they get stuck under the overhang and our toddler gets frustrated he cant get to them. The helicopter attachment doesnt snap in. Its just not what we expected from Vtech...however because we got it on a sale they were having, we are somewhat pleased! It will not deter us from buying more Vtech, I just thought writing a review would help!

This toy looks like it has lots of potential. However when you turn it on, it constantly make sounds and flashes lights. How is a child supposed to learn when the toy is bombarding them with noise.

Our 2.5-year-old son is a total cars and trucks kid and plays with this toy multiple times every day. It is probably his favorite, and he uses it with all of his cars, not just the Vtech. I was surprised to see much in the way of negatives on this product. It has provided hours of enjoyment at hour house.

My 18 month old got this for Christmas and loves it. He plays with it daily we bought all the pieces and hope they make more. No all the pieces don't connect but it didn't say it did. It's different types of cars and garages not a train set. Each piece has an off switch so you can turn off what you don't want to hear. The pieces come apart and go back together so easily he can do it himself. Great purchase for an active little boy.

I bought this for my son for his first Birthday. We've had it for a year now and he still plays with it almost everyday. I have to say that I am really surprised by all of the negative reviews this toy has been getting...the helicopter pad does come off, but it's really not that big of a deal (it literally takes a second to put back on). Also, you can turn the sound off on the cars and/or the garage so you aren't over-whelmed by the noise. My son stands on this, sits on it, carries it around and has even dropped it - typical rough play for a toddler boy. This toy has stood up to all of it and still works just as well as the day he first got it. I think this is a great toy for boys who love cars and would definitely recommend it!

We gave this toy as as a gift for "Three King's Day", to our 2 1/2 years old son with six of the cars that can be play with it. And he absolutely loves it! Keep playing with it all the time. I was a lil concerned before we bought it for some reviews that are not that good. But, I don't know, I guess each child is different and some like this toy and some don't. Mine does and I'm so happy to see him having so much fun with it! So far we have no complains at all, great design and concept, educational and entertainment toy! It was a great buy for us and a great gift to our son!
