Horrible Kitchen

This kitchen is awful and I think dangerous. My husband spent 3.5 hours on trying to put it together. He is very detail oriented and really thought it would work out, but he said the pieces were not cut correctly making it impossible to put it together. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift from Santa and so it was a big dissapointment to this kids. After he put it together as best he could we moved it and the 4 legs fell right off. It is scary to think how unsturdy this product is. We recommended they do not sell this item anymore. We were VERY pleased with Toys RUs customer service. They were wonderful in taking this product back in the store even though we bought online and also did not make us take it apart to return it. I would NOT buy this product

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This item came scratched, the hinges didn't fit correctly, and the finish has been peeled off. Don't waste your time; buy something else.

Showed up scratched, broken, and rusted.

Item was shipped and it was RUINED. I received this kitchen and wanted to wait until Christmas Eve to set it up. When I opened the box, all the pieces were damaged!!! Toys R Us Customer Service was RUDE RUDE RUDE. They threatened to charge my card if they did not receive the original back, and said they would NOT SHIP the new one until they received the old one back. They wouldn't pay for shipping, either. I CANNOT BELIEVE what a horrendous experience this was, and on Christmas EVE of all days!!! Do not buy from this company, and do not buy this kitchen!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
