Bought as baby shower gift. Have yet to give to receipient. Am hoping all is well and nothing is broken. Came in box that should have packed better. Shipping container crushed in shipment. Product container crushed and torn. Contacted Toysrus and unfortunately product is sold out and could not be replaced in time for shower. They have refunded shipping charges and am confident that if there is any further damage they will replace item when it becomes available.

My son has been using this mat since he was a few weeks old. The star seems to be his favorite toy. I can take it to Grandma's with us, put it on his car seat, etc. I love that it can attach to a bunch of other things.

I'm less satisfied with the product as a whole. While my son loves the star, the other toys don't interest him much, and the mat seems too slick for him to scoot or roll or anything. Also, the tabs for positioning the toys on the bars keep moving to the wrong side of the bars as the fabric shifts.

My 2 month old would fuss when I put her to lay down. So I bought this mat to keep her entertained as well as help her develop those visual and physical skills. To date, she only spends about five minutes on the mat before she starts fussing. (I personally things she gets overwhelmed with all the hanging toys and colors all at once). However, separately She loves all the colors (very bright and eye catching). She also loves the star. I use it on her car seat when she is in the car and I have also attached it to the side of her crib. Overall, I think this mat accomplished what it aims to do. I just hope my LO will appreciate it and utilize more as she gets older.

My 3 1/2 month old was just starting 2 try to bat at toys when I got this for her. Within 30 seconds of it's 1st use, she's loved it! The songs & lights keep her engaged & I regularly move all the hanging toys locations so she doesn't get bored (easy & quick).

The mat is beautiful and washes nicely. I air dry it. The main musical star keeps my babies entertained. The toys are nice. Folds in half quickly for easy pick up. It is a bit over priced.

My baby loves this activity mat! She's only 5 weeks and has been using it for about a month now. She loves to hit at the hanging items (especially the frog and puppy). She stares at herself in the mirror. She will lay on it for a long time without getting bored. Also, it's a great mat for tummy time. I highly recommend it!

This is by far my son's favorite toy. This activity comes with six different hanging toys and a light up music star. My son loves batting at all of the toys and looking at himself in the mirror. He easily spends 20 minutes at a time but has no problem spending 40 minutes playing with everything. It also has several other loops to add your own toys but we have found that the toys it came with keeps our son easily entertained.
The fabric is a little silky which I find very helpful when he has a spit up as it wipes off easily. I know some people mentioned that they thought this type of fabric would make it hard for their child to do tummy time, however I didn't find this to be a problem. My son actually rolled over for the first time (back to tummy) on this without a problem. I like the fact that the material has a different texture than the other things he encounters on a daily basis(sheets, blankets, etc.)

The arches meet at the top and do not cross, this makes it a little tricky to put down one handed but it is possible and becomes easier as the time goes on. I actually love the fact that it is made this way as it is easy to pick up and store when he is not playing with it. I often find myself hanging it on the back of a chair or even the doorknob as it folds up easily and takes up hardly any space (unlike the playmates that cross at the top.) My son is starting to sit up on his own and I frequently find him hanging on to one of the arches while playing.
I did find they light up music star blinks extremely fast. We have actually taken the battery out and no longer use it as we were worried that it could cause a seizer.

I have found that this toy has more than earned its keep and I see that my son will still be able to enjoy it as he enters the sitting stage. This was money well spent!

I really love this item when i babysit my 2month old grandbaby because he enjoys all the colorful toys and the music from the star,it is very easy and convenient.
