I was very disappointed with the product itself. I got it for my daughters so they both could use it, but only one can because it is so small. The pictures make it look bigger than it actually is. I wasn't disappointed in the service, just the product itself.

I bought this for my 16 month old daughter and she loves it! She is 30" tall and fits into the tub with room to spare. She plays with ease and the high walls contain most of her splashing! The tub folds up to be almost flat and there is a clip that helps keep it folded. We live in a very small place so this is extremely convienient. The plug on the bottom pulls out easily for draining but not too easily for her (yet!).
