This is a great case. it's sturdy and cute. My kids love it and store all their dolls in one and accessories in the other along with one of the beds. They all have two each. Very fun although it was hard to get. I had to watch online every day and go to the stores every day. Nice product

this was offered as a free gift if you spend 50.00 or more 1 placed 2 ordered both for [$] dollars i bought 2 bikes and didn't receive any trucks was told i didnt check details for the free trunks and i'm just out of luck. the page didn't say anything about checking details right now i'm very mad and this is a big scam by toys r us. then reading the other ratings i'm not the only one that has been taken with this false advertisement.

This was offered as being free if you spent $50 on Monster items. The order came in with no trunk. When I called to see what the problem was, I was basically told they had never made the advertised offer I claimed. They had no record anywhere of it, even though I had the receipt showing it in stock at the time of purchase. When I asked to speak to a manager, it was refused until I began making an issue of it. The manager sent me an email stating I could contact the online order department, place a new order, and he would give me the item for free. I called them immediately and was told the item is out of stock. The on-line department was well aware of the problem as other customers had the same experience. They could offer no explanation as to why the manager denied they ever had such a promotion or as to why he would send me the email stating he would give it to me for free (even though he maintained the store never had the promotion). I was put on a "waiting notification" list a month ago. As of last contact, the item was still not available, with no hope of it ever becoming available. No apology has ever been offered, and when I spoke with the on-line department, the representative told me they were aware there were none available when the ad was originally placed. That means a promotion was made that they knew could not be fulfilled. In my opinion, this could be classified as a scam. While it is an individual's personal decision as to whether or not they shop at store's that engage in practices such as this, I personally will NOT be shopping at Toys-R-Us until they make good on this free trunk they still owe me. Judging from these other reviews, mine is not an isolated case. I would encourage consumers to use extreme caution when buying from this store if they are offering you free items as promotions. Copy everything, get names of individuals you talk to, and save every receipt, including screen shots of your placed orders.

I bought well over $50 worth of monster High products in order to receive this as a promo free item. After being told it wasn't in stock I was then told to just bring my reciept back and that I could show the reciept and date of purchase and could receive it at that time. I have checked back 2 times since then and was recently told by another store that they may not get anymore and I may not get my free promo gift. This was a big thing on my wish list for my daughter and i am extremely upset. Especially after being told to bring my reciept back and they would get me one.

This trunk is very cute, I was able to get a good sale price on it so it didn't upset me so bad when I recieved it and the white skull decoration was laying in the box, unattached from the trunk. I glued it back on and it looks like new. My daughter loves the colors, great product but a little pricy unless you can find it on sale.

The item in question is a neat concept however when it comes to redeeming it for the advertisement in last weeks add forget it!!! It wasn't available at all anywhere in my state and all I ran into was a dead end!! I was told I would not be able to get the item regardless due to policy when it wasn't available for the duration of the ad online or in-store. When calling the corporate office, I was disconnected three times as well as told quite a few different stories about what could be done to get it. Toys R Us hasn't received a shipment from matel for this item since October 9th, 2011 and future shipments did not look to be likely. Very upsetting and not worth the run around. I was forwarded to the online division to obtain an item of equal or lesser value to compensate for the trunk not being available and was unable to be helped since they are not capable of online price matching and are a separate division from in-store customer service. All in all, Toys R Us is not my #1 choice in toy retail or customer service.

As a promotion Toys R Us offered this truck when you purchased $50 in Monter High product. After receiving my order with everything but the trunk, I got an email saying that order had been canceled that it was no longer available! I feel scammed. I will not do business with Toys R Us again.

First thing is the item was not available for the "free item". I purchased five dolls on October 31st immediately after the holiday 88 page bog book came out. Also when I tried to obtain an items or equal or lesser than the five dolls I purchased the store would not allow me to do so; especially when advertisement states such. And then to add insult to injury, there was a subsequent advertisement in this past Sunday's newpaper for the same free item give away to customers who purchased the required amount of Monster High items.

I realize quantities are limited, however, DO NOT advertise something you have no supply of, and then the store does not honor the additional provision of giving the customer an item of equal or lesser value to the lowest priced item purchased. All of the Monster High fashion dolls I purchased (5) cost between 21.00 and 34.00.
I resent being ripped off for a dented, broken cardboard that my child wanted.

I AM NOT liking Toys'R Us right about now.

This is supposed to be the free gift with purchase. Arrived with one corner piece missing and now out of stock to replace. Couldn't take advantage of in store pick up as they were out of stock so free gift cost for shipping and who knows when replacement will come!! Box is cute but overpriced, would not buy if not a free gift. It's just shiny cardboard and a little plastic.
