She is still not tall enough to play with the sink and stove top but doesn't stop her from trying. The phrases that Dora says are very cute and in Spanish and English.

Design could be better

Easy assembly. I purchased this for my daughter because it was the only thing on her Christmas list.

The back of the kitchen has large openings that toys can fall through, when they do the child has to be strong enough to pull the kitchen away from the wall to retrieve it.

There is a large sink with separate soap compartment and two cooking surfaces, a stove burner and grill. There is virtually no counter space for the kids to "prepare" the food.

I really like all the play food and utensils, they are all made of quality material. The stove and oven knobs make a clicking sound when turned.

There is a small ledge above the window but the included jar of salsa and carton of milk do not fit, they hang over the edge and fall easily.

There is a lot of storage space inside the refridgerator and oven area but the bottom shelf on the inside is only accessible from the left side, if a toy gets pushed over to the right the child will have to put their arm inside and fish around for it. There is no access from the left side at all, the opening to the bottom shelf is about 4 inches tall.

The kitchen comes with sound but it's only Dora exclaiming how cooking is fun and giving recipe suggestions; there are two volume levels.

If I had another chance I would not purchase this product for my daughter. I would opt for another style of play kitchen and purchase a large Dora doll that she can play with instead.

    We bought this Dora kitchen for our daughter's 3rd birthday. She loves it and we do too because it's not big but not small either. We have a condo and it fits well in her bedroom. She spends a lot of time in her room cooking and, "getting the party starting" as she says.

    This item is great! I bought it for christmas for my daughter who was then 3. The sounds are good and battery life is amazing! The batteries lasted with everyday play for a year! Could be a little bigger and was some what difficult to put together but my daught still enjoys it at age 5.

        This kitchen is not worth the money. It isn't made very well, the fridge door on ours would inches shorter than it should be. It doesn't make any kitchen noises, only talks if you press the buttons. My toddler was very bored with this kitchen. We returned this since it was broken, and bought the Step 2 Prepare and Share kitchen which is amazing. She's been entertained for HOURS!

        I purchased the Dora kitchen because my youngest LOVES Dora. The kitchen came in a timely matter (a plus for Toysrus) and my husband said assembly was very easy (another plus). Unfortunately, after trying three sets of batteries, the product did not work. This was a Christmas present - huge disappointment!!!! My daughters enjoyed playing with the kitchen for the most part without the sounds but that's because of their amazing imaginations. The product height was a disappointment but the biggest of all was the how cheaply made it was. I could have purchased a Step2 brand kitchen which has more bells and whistles for the same price as I paid for this one! Or even a wood kitchen for that matter. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!

                My 2 year old got this for Christmas last year, and she still to this day plays with it every single day. This is a great investment for your little one. And she gets bored very easily, but she will play with this for hours a day. Would DEFINITELY recommend this.

                          My 2 year old loves Dora n this was just a perfect birthday gift for her. Its pretty with ok accessories. She loves to assemble food on the plate but thy r not proportionate so she gets frustrated at times. also the whole kitchen is quite light in weight so she can even push it around... a pro as well as a con... easier for me to clean around but also easier for it to move around whn she is playing with it... all in all a good decent kid kitchen which luks pretty too.
